WHAT?

I am dumbfounded that people are buying this. An ACQUISITION? This 8K shows almost 200 million shares have been given to executive officers. why do people think this is good news?

And do you know that there are almost 6 billion shares outstanding? look at the dec 31st Form S1. They added 840 million shares. Is no one paying attention?
