IMO the plan was to reorganize the BK and cover all the bondholders and creditors and possibly P's and K's and possibly settle commons for pennies. Once a settlement was reached with JPM the new holding company free and clear can go after the FDIC without debt... not sure if that makes sense... ok I'm off to work....with a smile on my face.
