Tri....As long as the ability to short on downticks exists and the rules about naked shorting are not tightened up, these hedge fund "investors" will continue to manipulate stocks like IDCC with impunity, even in the face of obvious, fundamentals that, at a different time, would dictate much higher stock prices.
