are any of the little claims JPM has presented valid? Not from what I have read!
although the pps doesn't reflect it to the untrained eye.... wamu has weighed the scale far in it's favor.
My only real concern is THJMW.... so much speculation about the 4B sj, settlement talks, stalling, EC being formed...none of us really know what the ultimate decision will be. If JPM/FDIC get away with any of this... we have much bigger problems on or hands in this country.
The evidence that has been filed thus far fares very well in wamu's favor. I'm surprised more intrest in this stock hasn't come to play yet.
