I called Skymark today and talked to J/A. We had a 5 minute question and answer session.

#1 They do not expect TSHO to breakout until at least the launch of the first product and possibly not until the quarterlys.

#2 They are having a gathering on January 21st to continue discussing their next pick. Josh told me that it will probably not be released until Febuary. He told me that they expect 1 recommendation every 2 months for the next 6 months. He admitted that they were "long overdue" for a new recommendation.

#3 The next recommendation will be like Jazz (ie $0.70 range). He reiterated to me that most of their recommendations will come from OTC or Bulletin Board stocks. They said that they rarely recommend Pink Sheets, but that TSHO showed such good "underlying fundmentals" that it was an aberrancy. I did not bring up the fact that TSHO's "fundamentals" were not good at the time...nevertheless.

#4 I specifically asked about those that are still in their "free trial membership". He told me that they are going to release at least two (2) picks for each of the free membership subscribers before making them pay for the services. Thus, he told me that the 6 month trial period could stretch to 7-8 months depending on when you signed up. He also told me that they have an account manager that will be calling all of those on the free-trial membership about 1 month before expiration to ask if they are committed to being paid members. I did not ask the price but I am fairly certain that it is $50 / month.

#5 I told Josh that I had quite a bit of disposable cash still liquid and was asking his advice on whether to continue incrementally picking up shares of TSHO or just wait for the next recommendation at this point. He went through several strategies. First, keep 50% liquid and hold the remainder in TSHO. That way capital is available for the next recommendation. Second, He said that I could continue just picking up shares of TSHO, with the future expectation of selling some TSHO off to purchase the new pick. He acknowledged that the new pick will probably take several months to "take off"...much like Jazz, so he did recommend that I continue purchasing TSHO, which they expected to climb quicker than the next recommendation. I still haven't decided how I will handle this.

#6 When I was talking to him, I referred to several posts from this forum mentioning future recommendations that would be offered to subscribers that would carry about a 30-40% return. His first words were..."I don't know how you know about that". My first thoughts were..."what else do I not know about that you are not telling me." I kept them thoughts. He acknowledged that in about 6-12 months, they are going to ALSO start having recommendations that fall into that category. He told me that none of the upcoming recommendations would fall into that lower yield return category. He did mention that their prospects were closer to 50-60% returns. He told me that they were still going to research companies that could carry 500-600% return as well.

I hope this helps anyone who has not taken the time to call Skymark themselves recently. I know that I get lazy and rely on people on this forum to keep me abreast of the situation. I hope that we all can contribute to being smarter, better investors.
