preferreds would most probably have more voting rights but sometimes two classes of commons can have different rights. eg TRXAQ has less voting right than TRXBQ, both are commons for Tronox.

who knows what Malane and Samara will work out, I would think they would like to have the option of India also, why would one give up a 1.5b people market?? :)
