I started reading about the stock structure because of the low o.s. I couldn't figure out where Liberty would get the shares they needed for the investment until I read about the preferred shares.
I have a question, can Liberty give Worldspace India to Noah or Yenura in trade for some of his common shares? Let's face it...Worldspace can be a money maker with Europe, Australia, China, etc. without the India headaches from the regulatory cap in investment.
