Two things that I could think of that would hold up the new site would be:
1. If Paul is using new video clips of the Bioharp in action (they would obviously have to be shot and edited and Paul would have to like the new finished video. If for some reason it didn't come out to his liking it would have to be re-done)
2. Paul has been going by the book and keeping everything in order (making sure that the KFDA papers were amended and filed properly as to not hold up the process, going with an asset purchase instead for filing purposes, etc...) and if for some reason his legal department would for-see any possible bad outcome with releasing a video or too much info too soon obviously Paul would take that into consideration and hold off on a new site.
***Anyway, I would like to think January 11th or sometime during next week we should see a working site. Also, for the reason that if sales are starting, you want to publicize your product for new and unaware buyers and the best way to do that is to direct them to a site where they can get all the info they need.
