Very similar... IMGG built up on anticipation of I believe a patent approval and was holding 50% of a sales order paid in advance (read this in some of the post) pending the approval.

We have a similar situation... KFDA approval now 4-6 weeks and should Paul come out with any contract/sales news between now and then, the pps would get a serious kick in the pants. Moving I believe the pps to and beyond IMGG. IMHO
