According to the attorney for Chapter 11, here is the real deal.

Pactrick Hackett Hardware Company is a wholly owned sub of Hacketts Stores, Inc. (HCKI).

HCKI is over 90% owned by Seaway Capital (SEVA).

You can find the lawyers name on the public chapter 11 filings and you can do what I have done, call the lawyer and ask for clarity.
