AGREED.....but we have to remember in all likelyhood this is going to be a buyout....so the new company GE/Toshiba will take Deans current technology and then put a whole dept onto making it State of the Art

think of this as the PROTOTYPE Car, Microwave, Cell phone, IPOD, Laptop etc etc

what Dean has today will be nothing compared to what GE/Toshiba will be able to do with the technology
