Also, when do we become concerned that this product will become no longer "state of the art". It seems like 2 1/2 years is a long time for any medical/Xray product to remain as new technology. At least in the Radiology field, most of the various scanners that I am involved with have significant technological advances in a rather short time. So if approval does not come sooner than later this product may not have the same appeal if its technology is not state of the art.
