what? trigger? The filing of BK does not protect the p's! Wamu filed bk to protect it's assets! Technically it should not be in BK. So if a settlement is reached a conversion could be included in that settlement.

Anything goes. Stop making false staements. I am simply throwing out a scenario, maybe unliklely but very much a possibility.
