Let's see if I have this correct.

Everyone can play in the playoff pool. It's a totally new game.

In addition to the totally new playoff pool winner/winners for the totally new playoff pool prizes, regular season pool one loss players will also use their results from the playoff pool to break their tie and decide the final order of finish of the one loss players for the regular season pool prizes.
