money: off the backs of other people. I don't know the
legal aspects of what Dusty had- or did not have- in the
way of a non-disclosure agreement with Dennis- but
instincts tell me, that when someone sues you over something
like that, the plaintiff generally has something to hide- especially,
when everything comes true that the defendant
tried to warn other people about. Just my opinion. But I've
been watching this nightmare three years now. The CEO,
if he was a real man, would hold a shareholders meeting
and face his shareholders and not hide behind some thinly
unsupervised laws by the SEC. I feel stupid just to have
invested as much money as I did in this company. But
I was thinking about our country's independence from
third world oil states. I was wrong. I really don't know what
this company is, but whatever it is, unfortunately, it just
doesn't feel right.
Best wishes on the new year to everyone.
