I don't see how trying to discuss the filings is such a bad thing? Some of us are not legal professionals and are trying to learn. Instead of just saying how "awsome" the filings are, how about telling us why?
The S1 is simply 840 million more shares of dilution in my opinion, how is that awsome? Am I wrong? Yes I know it is less than what it was but it still is what it is.
There's a lot more in those filings that haven't been discussed yet. Did you see how they are paying their legal bills? Lot's more to discuss, I'm just trying to learn all I can.
