This post was originally meant for BigWill. I am long and all pro-WaMu! That said …. 3X damages ($22.86) is best case scenario and will never be realized! In fact, 2X damages is pie-in-the-sky!

This will be a very profitable play but only on its market value! Leading into the scheduled omnibus in late January, this has all the makings (if all goes well) of exceeding a $1 pps alone! Speculation will/could run rampant if things go our way!

January 2010 offers great promise! I personally wish that we were 1 minute away from Monday’s opening – LOL! … rs
