what is the difference between outstanding,float,preferred and authorized shares?
is the outstanding the same as the float?
when we as regular people buy shares does it come from the float?
and another question-how does the MM`s decided what prices to put up?
sorry still learning,been in the market for about 2 years and still have a hard time understanding
