2010 will be a good year for EVFN, provided the plans are executed. BUT so far, every positive plan mentioned in PRs before the R/S has not not happened - No significant share buyback, no lease agreements, no delivery of the blending dispensers. And now after the R/S, there is still no confirmation on the change in A/S, no conference call. The only stuff that has happened are all the negative : a sudden R/S right before Thanksgiving, excessive dilution both before & after R/S. Given such facts, how can a person reasonably believe this company is still going to make it?
