Lucky - Dennis addressed this in his November conference call. He said that he investigated what it would take to go after the folks who brought the stock down, and decided to not pursue it any further. Too much time and money towards something that may not pay off enough in the end. Plus the opportunity cost of splintering his focus in another direction not dedicated to building his business would be too much.

I'm very excited about 2010. I think it will be one hell of a year for BEHL.
