Boss, I am just a little player here in pinky land. I know you want to get those guys for messing with BEHL's stock, so did DF. He said he was going to talk to his lawyers about it and we never heard about it again. It has been my experience on PGYC pinks that when a pink stock is investigated by SEC the SEC halts trading on the stock for about 2 weeks when the halt is over the stock then trades on the grey tier. This would not be good for BEHL if this is action is true. I could be wrong. Please check out the rules and talk to DF before pursuing further. Just my opinion
