AS 6,945,000,000
OS 4,568,253,327 as of Nov., 9, 2009 exclusive of treasurey shares. Treasury stock is 7,266,667 for a total of OS 4,575,519,994

You can add 80,000,000 for a total of 4,655,519 os with the S-8 filed today. I'd have to take another look, but, this additional 80mil may be restricted for a year.

The current figures won't be known until next filing.
