Who is to say what is happening with the A/S or O/S right now? It has taken much less volume (less than quarter) to raise the PPS this time as it did in September. When debt is all paid (if not already paid) the dilution will stop (if it hasn't already) and should keep going up.

Also, umbilical and placenta (cord blood) stem cell research is vastly growing and attracting many researchers and financial interests. Who is to say deals and businesses aren't already getting involved with CBAI? Or that legislation isn't making cord blood a more attractive alternative to controversial emrbyonic stem cells?

Just my thoughts.
