i have an old p533 that last ran win98 se about 2 years ago...
now trying to instal XP or 0'3 server...the drive formats ntfs...no problem...
after format says copying files from cd

this is where it gets stuck and says cannot copy file...
enter to retry
esc to skip

i have 3 winxp cd's and keep interchanging them thinking it may be a dirty disc...but all 3?

i have also tried 2 different cdroms
differnet operating sys's (XP & 03'server)

when i do a search on google i've seen try shutting off cache, switching memory settings....i tried them, and still nothing

i have also seen this error NTLDR is missing at bootup

can anyone help?
