(LOL) I remember that there was no chance in hell for settlement...Now... it's probably going to happen, but it'll be small. (LOL)
Lets keep dragging this out because by April maybe they'll be saying it'll be hard to cover up the "Chase" signs on the East Coast because all the WAMU sharholders have taken them home after JPM was gifted to WMI because of criminal activity on behalf of JPM, FDIC, GS, Moody's and Cramer. The criminal trial had to be moved to a tiny island once used for "terrorists" to "protect" the GUILTY from the ANGRY AMERICAN people. :)
I know I'm dreaming, but forget PPS of JPM, just call it WAMU! :D
