If Mr. Jorge Bravo has raised the A/S, then why hasn't it been reflected at the SOS? Why was this supposed increase only outlined in a shareholder letter and not a national PR?

I wonder if Jorge purposely wanted the shareprice to fall for a reason known to him and is taking his time dealing with the DTCC issue.
