don't think that PR will mean a thing to the SEC...

doubt anything MG has done in the past would disqualify him from having a closer tie to the company.

It's WHAT the SEC imposes on the companies to attempt to make right the errors and mistakes of the past THAT WILL COUNT MOST!

If the SEC does that and the result is a progressing company... then there might be a glimmer of hope.
