1)The reason for the New York number is that Alex Livak is the contact person for Delta Mining and and Exploration, and he is located in New York. The company is located in Lewisburg KY.

2)The company is not registered in KY because it is a Nevada Corporation, and they are registered in Nevada.and Micro's comment about Delta's business status being revoked is untrue...

3)Their last SEC filing was last year, though i dont think it is on Edgar any longer, you can call the SEC and verify it. It was done so before they did their reverse merger.
