Cynic: Is that 20% dilution this month?

Doesn't that approach the 30%+ of stock value dilution in the week or 10 days before the reverse stock split of 11/27/09 per the Pinksheet filings and PR's back then?

If so, that is 50%+ dilution in the last 5 weeks or so. No wonder the 6 cent stock price after the R/S is down to under 2 cents. The market knows where EVFN is headed even if many dreamers here have no clue.
