Everyone seems to be taking a different stance on the Equity Committee (EC) and Bonderman as they relate to the OUR common shares. It appears that SOME are speaking their point-of-view regarding this potential issue while others are not.

U.S. Trustee & Equity Committee:
Given: The US Trustee will be asking the largest equity holders if they would like to take a place on the committee.
Concern: That the EC will be formed of Bonderman and those who were with him for the $7 Billion Dollar infusion because they are the largest equity holders. (Bonderman & Company!)

Q: Did Bonderman & Co. establsh this group of investors KNOWING ahead of time (from experience) that THEY would BECOME the Equity Committee?

Q: Does Bonderman & Co have the ability to take over the Equity Committee based on their 50% PLUS ownership of the commons? Do they even OWN that percentage anymore?

Q: What are the opinions in such a scenario? Where does this leave US common shareholders???

Q: Is there a way to have representation in the Equity Committee that will represent US and not the "Bonderman Clan"?

My point is this: Bonderman & Company owned 50% PLUS of the commons which may not have given them control of the COMPANY; HOWEVER, I am NOW concerned that they WILL NOW have control over the Equity Committee. (NOTE: I am not convinced that Bonderman is evil at this time.)

Those of you who are ahead of us (me) and already know what is happening, I implore you now to show me what they believe is happening. I only wish to be better informed as my slow wit has not allowed me to see where we are going even with all this information. Seems I lost some faith in myself after having missed the Cayman Preferreds conversion.

ANYthing you can share will be appreciated. Thanks all.

Thank You,
AJest
