The total rev's for IPA.....233k as of 9/30....it's in the filing......what profits are you talking about......remember IPA owes 2 employees 44k.....that's 19% of rev's......one employees owes IPA over 200k......Chang owes IPA $1,006,000......how do you arrive at the conclusion that VSPC is using IPA profits?.....thx in advance....Happy New Year.....S-1 is a great read....pgs 46-67.......and pls....don't try to explain it away by giving a long drawn out definition of what "profits" mean.....profits mean you have got something left over.....what's leftover?
