From what I understand, Yes its still got value and for that matter worth something. The way I look at it I has to be worth more out of Bankruptcy than in it and I am also assuming the reorganized company will be financially more viable than not. The company will have a new financial Plan which seems to include new capital to aid in maintaining and growing operations hopefully with slow but steady growth.

By the way in Reading the Information available myself, I could not find any reference to the "old Stock" what I did see was a reference to "old equity" which is not necessarily the same and again only referencing the way understand it, where the old equity has been converted, it make total sense to not have or apply value to the "old" form and/or equity.

This is the way I understand it anyway. I think its always important assess and do as you as you see fit and judge how it will affect you. I do not believe we really know what it will be worth, there are alot of factors and I think it will depend on which Plan they move forward with and each will affect us and the company differently. I would like to think our stock would be worth more for the reasons stated but I think it can go either way and it will highly depend on what type of Stock you have and/or own but I do believe in the long run it will be worth more than not doing something otherwise. I am sure it will have ups and downs and I would expect to see vast changes in value with every bit of news and every development.

Those are my thought anyway please feel free to see it, think and do what you must, it is your own money and your own decision. I make no claim to know or see the future but will do with my investment at any given time what I feel is best for me you should always do the same.

Good Luck to all!
