Gibber great post and I think you have laid out future scenarios very well.

I really liked this part "They seem to go after the company's CEOs but not the MM's." That is so true and while the SEC does their investigation the MM' FTD that stock as the know it is doomed and will stop trading at some point and they will never have to cover FTD's. What a plan
