If the price stays at .0001 and volume stays low, what makes you think your going to go up the ask list to sell. You might want to rethink your strategy and just hold until you at least break even. Either way you go, good luck with your investments.

By the way, publicly held companies buy and sell private companies all the time. They are called subsidiaries and they independently commence financing and other transactions all the time.
