Just a data point, I have been watching the classifieds for Trustee Sales of homes. It had dried up considerably during the fall, no more than 5-8 pages of notices. Today's Washington Post had over 30 pages of notices which is similar to the highest number I recall. Published now for January auctions. I am adding to my underwater SRS in the new year.
