Look at a multi year chart of JPM and WM. They look quite similar until JPM started wanting to buy them. Then WM went on a NOSEDIVE, but why?!? Maybe JPM was shorting WM to get it cheap...but the stock holders didn't budge. I don't think 8 PPS makes this go away. I think a new value would be looked at especially with all the money JPM has made off OUR BANK!!! Then I'd subtract those profits from JPM and add it to WAMU PPS and times it by 3. It's not about OS or what it was worth when STOLEN. It's about what it would be worth NOW, had the illegal theft not taken place. Then add the lawsuit against FDIC and believe me, 8 PPS would be letting all of the GUILTY off easy! If things go south in this country and the TRUTH comes out, I seriously doubt that the LAW could protect the guilty from vengence.
It may take years in court to bring JUSTICE and it would probably DESTROY the fragile system that is barely holding the economy together right now...and besides... The SUPER RICH need a new class of low end millionares to (step on)profit from, because the 401k class is in the poor house and armed to the teeth. They just want to buy food and bullets...
The few of us who'd actually become rich off of WAMUQ are the only hope for the SUPER RICH to step on our backs as they become SUPER UBER RICH!!! (LOL)
