My take of the Shareholder Update:


With regards to the Authorized shares.......He stated he was "required to complete this" to satisfy several restricted issuances.

I think there may be a typo in the Shareholder Update and that he may have raised the A/S a month or month(s) ago to issue restricted shares to their lender, the IR/PR firm and the patent holders.

So even he raised the A/S......they might be restricted shares.

I'm not happy about the increase but I hope Mr. Bravo is doing it for the better of the Company.
