Looks like "consultants" are selling
For the last several afternoons with the stock sinking below 3 cents, someone is selling 50,000 shr blocks at the bid.
It looks like the consultants are tired of seeing the stock NOT rise on these nebulous PRs and they're cashing in.

However, true to form, the company or some shill broker is dutifully buying 1000 shrs or some other piddly amount at the ASK just before the close to keep the closing price up.

So what IS Mr Walter doing to back up these PRs? The progress reports are overwhelming. I hardly have time to read them.

What a shame so far.
