It would seem that you are assuming that Pike's motive in buying the 42MM shares after the suspension was because he was positive about SPNG's future. IMO, Pike was forced to buy shares to cover shares he was issued earlier via the forged opinion letters. It had little to do with investment and everything to do with covering his tail.

Its good sport to theorize and surmise all day long. But, in the end, the over riding issue is that SPNG has not filed any of the restatements or the 10K. They are now way, way overdue and they have already been suspended. If SPNG does not file, it will be revoked. When it is revoked, all shares instantly become worthless.

No amount of theorizing, surmising, hopeful thinking, deal making, PRing, retail selling, advertising or faith can change that fact. No file ... get revoked.
