I can understand why so many have so much doubts and I do still have some doubts but the puzzling thing is that why Pike bought so much stocks after all these SEC problems, audits, law suit and negativity. I am sure they were aware of all these problem before they jumped in. They must have done lots of DD. Still they puts whole lots of money it this sponge. So, my gut feeling turning toward more optimistic than pesimistic.
