I agree Mr. Bill. That's what half the people don't understand it's FINRA thats holding everything up. The other portion are flippers that can't be in a stock for more than a week, imo.

Once IOVE gets sym, the plans set forth in October can continue. I know they mentioned other big plans not announced in one of their press releases.
