I don't see the point in taking a tax write off here either. Also I think the SEC could have revoked this stock many times this year but they haven't. My hope is that somehow GBDX gets off the gray sheets in 2010. No matter how big the circus is and how big any new pump is, it would be 1000 times more profitable if GBDX were back on the listed pinksheets. Also if the old pumpers show up we'll know it's a fake move.
