I have a strong feeling that the GBDX circus is just getting a new act together for 2010. The economy will come back along with a new 3 ring "diamond" promo for GBDX... we will see soon enough.

My opinion is No News Is Good News... we would have heard a negative SEC ruling by now. Scottrade is still trading GBDX and historically they are the first ones to STOP buys... and sells.

I have not heard of any brokers that refused to trade GBDX... this tells me very positive things to come in 2010.

Anyone who wants to take a tax loss at .0001 on GBDX in 2009 has easily found buyers.
