From my understanding EI has never produced any varification of those items belong to them. Have you seen anything indicating that they infact were paid for.
You take the word of EI that they were, but to this day EI hasn't produced anything.
Ebay is very picky on what they allow sellers to sell. If there was any doubt that those items belonged to EI and not the seller, Ebay would have yanked it off as quick as it could.
I sell a lot of things on Ebay and they don't play.
EI is full of it.
Another hint was when EI wrote to investors asking them to contact Ebay and complain to them about those items being on ebay and get them to take that listing off.
Why would a company ask this? If it's theirs, then produce something.
