I find it a little hard to believe that you are still on the subject of the items involved in the E-Bay thing. What I find harder to believe is that you were fully in favor of the person that was trying to sell items that did not belong to him but rather were the property of Eternal Image and since we are shareholders they were our property as well. Since you are a shareholder don't you think that the E-Bay seller would have been better suited to ask your permission to sell the items that had basically been stolen from you?

Basically like you have been told before this matter is probably in the hands of the lawyers at the present time and I don't think that you will be receiving any commentary from them on an on going case. That is why companies hire lawyers so that they don't have to deal with things outside the normal scope of their operations. Since a legal team is involved Clint can go about the other parts involved in running and growing this company.

Yeah I would have liked to see something from the trade show but we didn't at the time and I certainly am not expecting a report now.

The LOC, yup no report YET. Was there a specific date mentioned anywhere for the completion of this? Should the company put out a pr or a website update that says "We're working on the LOC"?

No report on the two licenses that they said we would have. I would think that they are holding onto these announcements as they would probably have a much greater impact when coupled with the LOC. Don't you think that it is a better way to get more bang for their buck?

Did they pay off the $200,000 short term loan off? Don't know yet but I think that since Emerald is a shareholder of substantial size here that they would be fairly flexible when it came to repayment.
