2) Any FDA Approval Update ?



We are not finished with the application for reclass - we want to make sure it is perfect - we have added a lot more detail in just the day. It should not be too much longer until we file it - it is christmas anyway and the FDA won't look at it until after the first. We have an appointment with FDa to discuss the application where all 3 groups will be present. We are hoping this will break the log jam.

It is done -we are just waiting for the final report.

My reply: Thank you. It seems that you are missing a number though. You started with 2). What was 1)? As well, any news about moving to the OTC?

His reply: number one was about something else - I copied for another update. Once we get the letter from the auditor we will then be in a position to execute one of two strategies relating to the OTCBB.

And #1 was about something else. What was the something else. Finally, when do you believe that BioElectronics will receive the letter from the auditor?

His reply: We do not know when the letter will come. Should be days not weeks. The strategy is a surprise. I think a very pleasant one. Stay tuned.
