I haven't been able to open the document as yet - it is so slow - but as I understand - it is a JPM document from way back in 2008 before they bought WMB - that said that by buying just WMB they would not have to pay back TPG's capital contribution.


It has nothing to do with anything going on right now as I understand - it must be an exhibit that WMI lawyers filed to show that JPM was wanting to buy WMB and not WMI long before bankruptcy to avoid paying TPG.
