I was planning on transferring over to Zecco from Etrade as well since I have an account with both but I hold CXAC with Etrade. I just sent them an email and this is the response I received:

Message: Thank you for your message regarding the suspension of settlement services for CXAC by the Depository Trust Company (also called the DTC). At this time, certificates for this security can not be requested due to the suspension. In addition the shares can not be transferred to another firm.

Until the suspension has been lifted or altered by the DTC the shares will remain in the account. Shareholders will be contacted with details if more information becomes available. Please see the following URL regarding the SEC and the reason for this suspension.
