I received the pdf file of the order issued by the US District Court in Texas from an SEC counsel that I have been in contact with. The date on the order is as off December 3rd. The penalties needed to be paid by Dec. 17th. I have lost more than enough money to these POS's. I just hope that they come to their senses, understand what they have done, and give back what they have stolen. I can e-mail it to anybody who would like it.
