Due to the Company’s early stage of development, the Company EVLN relies on external financing to fund its daily operations. The company EVLN relies on EVFN Evolution Fuels, Inc. (“Fuels”), a company under common control by a group of shareholders to fund its operating expenses. These advance funding transactions are non-interest bearing and do not have a due date and continue to accrue and are included in accounts payable. The Company cannot guarantee that it will be able to repay these funds to Fuels and will continue to accrue going forward until the Company’s operations are fully self funded.
